I wish I were a Factor 1 Psychopath

Coyne and Thomas (2008) define factor 1 primary psychopaths as “individuals who generally show low levels of anxiety, empathy, fear, and emotion due to some intrinsic deficit rather than due to environmental or emotional difficulties.” Factor 2 secondary psychopaths are a little more “human” with a relatively normal capacity for emotional experience but may have an excess of negative emotions and high levels of anxiety and emotional distress, hostility, aggression, and impulsive behavior.
