The person with narcissistic personality disorder does vidtimhood with such flair and penache that makes them one of the world’s most gifted grifters who put on an academy award winning performance. It seems flawless and intuitive and the craziest part is that they actually gaslight themselves and believe their own confabulations.

It is part and parcel of the disorer, and NPD is a serious mental health disorder that takes over the entire human being rendering them incapapble of experiencing life like a neurotypical. They cannot feel positive emotions like love and intimacy, compassion or mercy, and not a single drop of emotional empathy. They can oly muster the mask that mimics, copies, [parrots, imitates, assimilates, and reflects those nearest to them. They lwarn cognitive empathy in order to fit in and create the perception that they are deeply caring people when they feel nothing genuine, make no attachment to anyone, and can only act a role and play a part.

There is something charming about their childlike ability to see life through a different lens than their jaded adult counterparts. They can maintain a magical Peter Pan persona that loves fun and laughter and games. We see them as refreshingly buoyant and irresistibly endearing as we…
