Ms. Pesqueda is an educator, writer, podcaster, vlogger, and creator of N.A.R.C. Troopers, a platform offering resources to understand Cluster B disorders (narcissism, sociopathy, psychopathy & borderline) and assist those in recovery from trauma -nformed PTSD following a relationship with disordered individuals.
N.A.R.C. is Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Collaborators, and Ms. Pesqueda collaborates with other experts in the field including Cathy Angelli LPC, Myra Morningstar, Robert Torbay, Teahna Edralin, and more. She possesses a masters degree focused on guidance and counseling, trained as a life coach and trauma interventionist, and has shaped her resources in alignment with the master of narcissistic study and research, Dr. Sam Vaknin. Her work is also influenced by her own personal experience as the long-term wife of a somatic covert narcissist. The discard in June 2019 was the catalyst that led to the birth of N.A.R.C. Troopers.
Ms. Pesqueda continues to teach senior Rhetoric & Composition and lives in the Bay Area with her cat, Sophie. She continues to do the work to heal herself and help others suffering from the experience of narcissistic abuse and recovery.
